Purpose of Activity
The purpose of the exercise program is to improve cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength, body composition, and flexibility. Activities may include weight lifting, bodyweight exercises, aerobic activities (treadmill, cycling, running), and flexibility stretching.
Participant Risks
- You understand that with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, ligament sprains, abnormal blood pressure, or fainting.
- In rare instances, heart attack or cardiac arrest may occur.
- Every effort will be made to minimize these risks through proper coaching and assessment.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for monitoring your own condition during physical activity.
- If you experience unusual symptoms (dizziness, chest pain, nausea), you must cease activity immediately and inform the trainer.
- You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical history and physician recommendations.
Confidentiality
All data collected during your training (health history, body measurements, performance logs) will be treated as confidential. Information will not be released to any third party without your written consent, except in a medical emergency.
