Training Agreement

Terms and expectations for members of GDF Athletic Club.

Purpose

This agreement defines the working relationship between you and your trainer at GDF Athletic Club. The goal is to provide a safe, effective, and professional training environment that supports your results.

Trainer Responsibilities

  • Design a personalized program that matches your needs, goals, and ability level.
  • Coach you through each session with safe technique and clear instruction.
  • Monitor your progress and adjust your plan when needed.
  • Communicate honestly about what is required for you to achieve your goals.

Client Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time, ready to train, and with appropriate clothing and footwear.
  • Inform your trainer about any change in health, medication, or pain before the session begins.
  • Follow coaching instructions and use equipment only as directed.
  • Communicate any discomfort, dizziness, or unusual symptoms immediately.

Payments & Packages

  • Membership and session fees are due in advance of training unless otherwise agreed.
  • Monthly membership payments are valid for the period purchased and do not roll forward automatically.
  • Missed sessions are not refundable. In genuine emergencies, the trainer may reschedule at their discretion.

Cancellation & Lateness

  • Arriving late may reduce your session time but will not reduce the session fee.
  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in the loss of priority booking times.

Acceptance

By checking the box on the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Training Agreement and that all questions have been answered to your satisfaction.
