GROUP TRAINING
Clients will be given set routines that will assist in attaining their goals with trainers ensuring exercises are accurately performed in a timely manner; thus guaranteeing the intensity required is met.

Three days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays).

Training in small groups with individuals who share similar goals.
Body Fat and Muscle percentages will be tracked as a guide to ensure clients continued progress towards their goals.
As a member of GDF, Clients will become part of the GDF community; this means access to our database to track your progress at any given time. You can communicate with any of our trainers and members and you are provided updates on upcoming promotions, events, etc.
